About Andrés Santo Domingo

Born in 1957, Andres Santo Domingo is a well-established Colombian painter whose work is held in private collections all over the world.

An intellectual artist, Andres’ paintings are rooted in his fascination with and academic knowledge of the German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche. Themes of destiny and enlightenment are apparent in his dreamscapes, with a nod towards expressionism and process art.

His tropical palette enables the viewer to experience the light and dark of his philosophical wanderings.
