Kevin Southgate

Mixed media artist Kevin Southgate has a passion for landscapes and the outdoors, particularly the fells of the Lake District. Kevin continually experiments and explores different methods and techniques, combining the traditional with the new and searching for the right balance. His colourful, textural works are both detailed and sparse with the artists aim being that the viewer will continually return to the painting and find something new that was not obvious before. Each painting is an incomplete story for the viewer to continue.
