Germán Tessarolo

He was born in Venice, Italy in 1945, after three months he emigrated to Buenos Aires, Argentina together with his family, his great-grandfather Antonio Baggio professor of drawing and sculpture in Fine Arts in Venice, his father Aldo Armando Tessarolo, baritone and violinist, his uncle Germán Tessarolo Baggio, painter and publicist.

Since he was a child, passionate about painting and drawing, he participated in several group and individual exhibitions.

In 1969 he decided to settle in Bogotá, Colombia where he carried out his career as a painter, constantly traveling to Europe and the United States.

Colombia knows him for his talent and uninterrupted creation that has projected him from Bogotá to the United States, the United States, France, Spain, Germany, Chile, Peru, Venezuela and other countries where he has exhibited successfully.

He is also a publicist. For Germán Tessarolo, advertising and art are inspiring and creative activities. Publicist by day and Painter by Night, Germán Tessarolo, through his artistic and publicist vein, has accompanied companies, associations and foundations in the development, launch and positioning of campaigns and brands. Its objective is to make a difference, create identity and belonging.

Germán Tessarolo is one of the creators of Arterapia in Colombia. For more than 15 years, through "Neuro Arte - Motivation Therapies", he has been conducting inspiring workshops with private and public entrepreneurs from different sectors of the industry, as well as with foundations and associations.

His work has an infinity of themes, techniques and colors although always consistent in style and brushstrokes. It is the product of the Artist's emotions (joy, love, eroticism, travel, nostalgia, pain, mystery, transformation, beauty…).
