About Jane Ironside

After a child hood in East Africa, Jane lived for a time in  Germany, London and Norfolk, and then moved to the North East coast of Scotland in 1967, with her Ornithological illustrator husband, Frank Jarvis  1938-2002.

In 1986 they settled  back in Norfolk. where they ran a Gallery exhibiting their own work and  hosting wide variety of Summer schools. Drawing in artists and musicians, and makers,  all experts in their field, to teach at the Old Barn nr. Fakenham, Norfolk

Jane has  carried on exhibiting mostly in East Anglia, London and Scotland

She works in a wide variety of media, to suit the subject in hand from 3D, textiles, printmaking, oils and mixed media, often focusing on the environment.
