About Rosie Winn

Rosie Winn is a figurative artist based in Norwich, known for her expressive, human-focused pyrography drawings. Growing up in a home filled with art and books, Rosie discovered her love of drawing early on and has been exploring visual storytelling ever since.

She studied at Norwich University of the Arts, Central St Martins, and the University of the West of England, graduating in 2008 with a BA (Hons) in Drawing & Applied Arts. Since then, Rosie has become an active part of the Norfolk art community, recognised for her distinctive style and reflective, emotive work.

Rosie’s practice centres on themes of connection, movement, healing, and identity. Working with a wood-burning pen on paper or wood, she creates clean, seared lines that capture the essence of human expression while embracing simplicity and impermanence.
